Terms of Service

1. Account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Spectra will never ask for your password. Live trading requires explicit opt-in per account, plus a per-broker 2FA acknowledgement before auto-orders fire.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Spectra to manipulate markets (spoofing, layering, wash trading), to violate broker terms, or to redistribute paid market data you don't have a license to share. The cloud worker is for trading, not a generic compute platform.

3. Liability

Trading is risky. Spectra ships software, not investment advice. See the risk disclaimer for the load-bearing language; the short version is that fills, slippage, and your decisions produce results that no backtest captures.

4. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the cloud worker, ship credential stuffers, or violate our terms.

5. Billing & refunds

Subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency one month at a time and auto-renew unless cancelled. Crypto payments are non-refundable except in narrow circumstances (duplicate payment, extended outage, statutory rights) — see the refund policy for the full rules.
