workspaces
Linked charts
Sync symbol, timeframe, and crosshair across multiple charts in the same workspace.
Linking charts is what makes a multi-monitor setup feel like one trading station instead of three.
Link groups
Each chart has a link-color dropdown in its top-left. Charts with the same link color share state.
None → isolated; ignores other charts
Red → group A
Blue → group B
Yellow → group C
A workspace can have any combination — most desks run one big group for
the active symbol and a None chart for a reference instrument.
What's shared
Per group:
- Symbol — switching symbol on any chart updates the others.
- Timeframe — same.
- Crosshair — synced cursor position when hovering.
- Drawings — optional (Profile → Linking → Share drawings).
What's not shared
- Chart type. A footprint and a candlestick can sit in the same group.
- Indicators. They're per-chart even within a group.
- Volume profile / TPO bins. Range-bound; not synced.
Multi-asset workflow
A common futures-trader setup:
- 3 charts in Red: ES 1m, ES 5m, ES daily.
- 1 chart in None: SPY daily for reference.
- 1 chart in Blue: NQ 1m for divergence checks.
Switch ES to NQ on any Red chart and all three Reds follow. Blue stays on NQ. None stays on SPY.
